ATTENTION: "DISCORD PORTAL" SERVER INVITE LINK REQUEST FORM TEMPORARILY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Although I have managed to reclaim my respective Discord account itself as of 4/9/2024, we're still doing some backend "recovery efforts" before we start accepting Discord server invite link requests again. More details here; your patience and understanding in advance is greatly appreciated.

Follow-Up On The Upcoming Music Covers To Be Posted Soon (And An Email Correspondence Submission Reminder)

Posted by Merit Celaire on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 - 08:46 PM

Good evening, friends; as the blog entry's title states, this is to follow up on a previous post that I made during the course of last week about at least two new Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers that are on the course to be posted during the course of this week and/or next week.

Here's what's going on at the moment: at this time, I'm just slowly getting back in the groove checking on any music operations correspondence that I may have received from the past weekend as well as yesterday (due to my attending a funeral for a church family friend). Then once that's done we'll see about starting to get at least one of the upcoming two songs that I've been recently working on posted for you all to check out. You won't want to miss it when the time comes.

On a side note regarding email correspondence itself from our related forms on this site: another quick reminder to please don't attempt to do any actual submissions on them unless it's absolutely needed, without a doubt. There was one submission that I did receive in the past weekend (mainly via the main contact form), but all responses were empty. This brought my allotment count from our related Formspree account down to one for this month (it now stands at 49 available submissions to be made as of the date/time of this posting), but it was a waste of time and resources encountering that situation. Let's all be considerate of future email correspondence submssions going forward so we won't run into any unfortunate situations from this angle.

Thanks once again in advance for your reading as well as your patience during this time. As always, will keep you posted on any new developments as they occur in the days ahead. I'm gone for now.

Additional Clarification Regarding Correspondence Response Activity for Monday (7/11/'22)

Posted by Merit Celaire on Saturday, July 9, 2022 - 09:43 PM

This post is in connection to what I have announced on a previous entry the other day, but giving more details on the "correspondence response situation" for this coming Monday (7/11/'22).

Along with any music operations related correspondence that may be received during this current weekend cycle, any inquiries from you all that are received for review on Monday (7/11/'22) will be handled on the following Tuesday (7/12/'22). This is because I will be unavailable on that upcoming Monday in question due to my planning to attend a funeral for a very close church family friend who passed away and went to be with the Lord at the very start of this month.

Remember that the correspondence in question received for review includes stuff sent from the main contact form, the plagiarism report form, the two suggestion forms, as well as join/follow requests via our Twitter profile page and/or the invite link request form for access to our server on Discord.

Thanks once again in advance for your understanding of this situation and I do apologize for any inconveniences caused. Have a good rest of your weekend routine and I'll see you awesome people again later after Monday. I'm out.

New Music Arrangement Covers Incoming For Next Week

Posted by Merit Celaire on Thursday, July 7, 2022 - 04:44 PM

Still in the "resituation process" in regards to our "home base website" of these music operations, everyone; however, I've got some good news to report. As this blog entry's title states, and as I breifly stated in this monthly greetings post a few days ago, it looks like the "drought" regarding new Super Nintendo music styled arrangement content will be coming to an end soon.

More specficially, it is planned during the course of next week to have two new Super Nintendo music style covers posted for you all to check out. Details are still under lock and key, but as I hinted a few days back, one cover is targeting a song from the recently released Mario Strikers: Battle League installment for the Nintendo Switch console while another one is targeting yet another "tour exclusive" course for Mario Kart Tour. You won't want to miss it when the respective announcements get posted.

Meanwhile, and on a side note, I must also announce that this update/addition process on these two upcoming files will obviously not happen during the course of this coming Monday; the majority of that day will have me literally occupied outside of here because I'm going to be attending the funeral of a church family friend that passed away and went to be with the Lord late last week. Additionally, any music operations related correspondence that gets sent my way during the course of this coming Monday will be reviewed the day after.

I thank you all in advance for your understanding during this time, and I'll see you again on the next entry, God willing, with that first music file update posting in hand. Later, everyone!

Email Correspondence Management Announcement As Of 7/4/'22

Posted by Merit Celaire on Monday, July 4, 2022 - 03:49 PM

Hey there, friends; I hope that you all are enjoying your July 4th holiday itself (if you're viewing us from the United States area, of course). Although I'm still in the "holiday" mode over here, I still want to make sure I get this important announcement out of the way, and it's in regards to the "email correspondence" angle of our music operations as a whole, especially in regards to this site.

As of the date and time of this posting, and due to the result of our having to move our hosting account for this site to AwardSpace, the email correspondence addresses that we have been using prior to this hosting server move have now been condensed back to one email address

That means from this point forward, only the "mailroom AT mc-mmg-homebase DOT com" email correspondence address is the "active" one at this time; all other email addresses prior to this announcement are null and void. With that said, this does not affect any of our active email correspondence forms on this site from the frontend; any inquiry sent from you all that's obviously music operations management related will show up at this address for my review upon reception.

However, the email processing limitations still apply. As I have stated in this article months ago, the email form processing account that we have with Formspree has a limit of 50 submissions per month (under the "free" status, which we have with them there). But along with that, even though I'll try my best to get back with you on any legitimate inquiry received upon review, I'm also limited in terms of how many emails I can send from this hosting account with AwardSpace each month (which is up to a total of 30 emails; unless the account gets upgraded to a "paid" status - this hosting account is under the "free" status as well just like the Formspree account we have).

Long story short, the key factors of this announcement are: (1) make sure you only have the "mailroom AT mc-mmg-homebase DOT com" email address in your email clients whitelists on your end, and (2) please don't use our active email correspondence forms (including the main contact form, the Discord server temporary invite link form, the plagiarism report form, and our two suggestion forms) unless it's absolutely necessary to get in contact with me about any music operations related matters. Of course, as I said in this previous article, I'll let you all know if I am especially reaching my "monthly submission limit" with Formspree (which still stands at 50 since we just started this new month), and especially when it looks like I might be forced to "delay" response to email submissions that I may receive from you all (of course, unless I run into a breakthrough that results in my being able to "upgrade" both the Formspree and AwardSpace accounts to "paid" statuses, I'll let you all know about this development as well).

My apologies for you all if this was a very long read, but this was still a very important announcement that needed to be written in order to let you all know what has been going on at this time. I do honestly thank you all in advance for your understanding of the situation at this time; as always, if you have any further questions on this, please don't hesitate to let me know. See you all later.
