Shoutout to the Start of 2025 / Quick Correspondence Reminders

Posted by Merit Celaire on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 - 12:07 PM

And here we are, awesome friends and faithful followers of these music operations as a whole; we are now officially starting the 2025 year itself! Giving shoutout to all of you on this day before having to step out for a bit, but making sure to let you know about two music operations related matters regarding correspondence processing.

First and foremost, just like the Christmas holiday period last Wednesday, any correspondence received for my review today will be looked into during the course of tomorrow (1/2/2025). This includes all correspondence submitted from our online forms on this site including, but not limited to, the main email contact form and our two suggestion forms. We appreciate your understanding in advance on this matter since I'm still trying to get myself situated for this new year itself.

Second, the formal "monthly greetings entry" is still coming and is planned to be written and posted during the course of either tomorrow or Friday. This will also give more details in terms of what's being planned for this new month itself to start of the 2025 year (along with dealing with some important "maintenance" stuff to especially prepare for the "anniversary month" for our operations that will be here sooner than we all think).

Until then, I have to end this here and head out for now. Once again, all of you have an awesome New Year's holiday itself, and I'll see you folks next time around afterwards. I'm out.

"Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (Nintendo Switch)" - Newest "Staff Credits" Arrangement Added

Posted by Merit Celaire on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 - 10:47 PM

And now to our final Super Nintendo music styled arrangement posting of the 2024 year; yours truly has been waiting like heck to get this taken care of to share with you awesome people - it's targeting the more than insanely addictive "staff credits" song that's heard in the Nintendo Switch version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door!

Believe me when I say that when I was doing the "music tracker" process of this said song cover on the backend (using the Disney's Aladdin music instrument set (developed and published by Capcom)), I had to endure nearly 2 - 3 weeks of literal heck just to get this done and trying to sound like the original song itself (of course, with a few "differences" in this song cover itself since as stated earlier, the Disney's Aladdin music instrument set to best represent the original song's "styling").

You all will see what I mean when you check said song cover up at the said file link below:

New File No.
Song Title
SNES Music Arrangement Style/Featured Instrument Set
1
Staff Credits
Disney's Aladdin (SNES Version - Capcom)

As mentioned earlier, this is the latest "staff credits" song cover done by yours truly to give shoutout to one of the best songs ever composed for the Nintendo Switch version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and to help put the 2024 year itself for these music operations as a whole in the history books. However, there are still more covers to come in the following year targeting stuff from this said installment in the months to come, so definitely look forward to it. Until then, thanks once again for your patience as I was waiting for the day to get this out to shared with you (as well as the postings before this one), and here's to more Super Nintendo music styled arrangement cover ventures in the 2025 year. I'm gone for now.

New Game Page In Action: "Super Mario Party Jamboree"

Posted by Merit Celaire on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 - 09:03 AM

This next batch of newest Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers also results in our newest featured game page added for our music operations as a whole to close out the 2024 year: Super Mario Party Jamboree.

For the time being to start off this new page in question, there are four new Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers targeting the musical score of this game; two involve the "Roll 'Em Raceway" board theme, and two involve the "Rainbow Galleria" board theme. Check them out via the links below:

New File No.
Song Title
SNES Music Arrangement Style/Featured Instrument Set
1
Roll 'Em Raceway (Main Theme)
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Fighting Edition
2
Roll 'Em Raceway (Idle Theme)
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Fighting Edition
3
Rainbow Galleria (Main Theme)
Tiny Toon Adventures: Wacky Sports Challenge
4
Rainbow Galleria ("Flash Sale")
Tiny Toon Adventures: Wacky Sports Challenge

As always, this also results in our two online suggestion forms being updated with this said title accordingly; of course, there will be more song covers to come as the weeks and month forge ahead in 2025 involving stuff from Super Mario Party Jamboree, so stay tuned on that angle.

And for the time being, that's all for the newest Super Nintendo music style arrangement covers this morning because I have to prepare to switch gears and step out to deal with errands outside here; however, be on the lookout later tonight, because we still have that newest "staff credits" cover that I've yet to officially add to the site that'll finally close out this 2024 year itself (and no, it's not related to Super Mario Party Jamboree; you'll find out what game in question was targeted in due time). Take care for now, awesome people; I'm out.

"Mario Golf: Super Rush" - New Covers Targeting the "Bowser Highlands" Theme

Posted by Merit Celaire on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 - 06:47 AM

That's right, friends, these next batch of Super Nintendo music styled covers to close out the 2024 year focus on a certain "course theme" related to the Nintendo Switch game Mario Golf: Super Rush. Yes, even after our last update to this respective page a little over four years ago (more specifically, back in 12/15/2021), I'm still trying my best to find candidates to do new covers on based on songs from this unique game in question.

So, as this blog entry posting's title states, these three latest covers target the songs heard as we're navigating the "Bowser Highlands" course itself for Mario Golf: Super Rush. Here's the thing: two of the newest covers here use the instrument set heard for "RoboCop 3" game (developed and published by Ocean) and the remaining one called on the instrument set heard for "The Great Circus Mystery Starring Mickey & Minnie (Disney's Magical Quest 2)" (developed and published by Capcom). You'll find out why when you check out said links below:

New File No.
Song Title
SNES Music Arrangement Style/Featured Instrument Set
1
Bowser Highlands (Standard Golf Theme)
RoboCop 3
2
Bowser Highlands (Speed Golf Theme)
RoboCop 3
3
Bowser Highlands (Snow Course Theme)
Disney's Magical Quest 2 ("The Great Circus Mystery Starring Mickey & Minnie")

And no, I'm not even through in terms to see about finding more candidates to do Super Nintendo music styled covers from this said game (besides, Motoi Sakuraba's music score works for these games have always been amazing to me). Here's hoping I can find some more targets from this game to do in the 2025 year; until then, don't forget to let me know via this online suggestion form what other involved songs from Mario Golf: Super Rush you hope will hit my planbook in the weeks and months ahead. See you all later.
