September 2024 Greetings: The "Final Four Months" Have Arrived Again / What's On The Radar for This Month

Posted by Merit Celaire on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 - 02:39 PM

Good afternoon, friends; hope all of you awesome people out there had a great Labor Day weekend. Now it's time for us to get back in the usual groove again, especially for the fact that as of this week, we are all now officially starting the "final four months period" of 2024, which means it's definitely go time regards what new content we can add for these music operations as a whole, which of course includes what possible new Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers could be shared with you all between now and the end of this year.

Here's the situation according to my planbook: at this time, yours truly is still trying to get back in the groove on my end as well including any email correspondence that I may have received to review from the past weekend. My hope is that I can get back on any legitimate ones after review before the end of tonight. After that, my hope is that I can get back to my music arrangement groove again so we can decide on what we can post as our first batch of Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers that target songs heard from the Nintendo Switch version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

Oh dang, I almost forgot - my planbook also has me trying to find the time to get another "Instrument Set Clarifications" article written up targeting another "batch" of Super Nintendo games themselves. Details are still under lock and key in terms of what is about to be featured next for addition to this section of the site; the only clues I'll leave for you at this time is that said games were developed and published by Konami and that it's focused on a certain cartoon series that I'm still a big fan of to this day. You'll find out in due time what those games in question are... soon.

Until then, I have to end this here and head out for now because even before finding the time to write this "monthly greetings entry" to start the brand new month of September, I've had quite a very busy agenda outside of these operations as a whole to make sure certain important stuff was in place and crossed off my to-do list. But here's hoping that on the music operations side of this new month in question, we'll definitely get a whole lot of stuff done here too, so stay tuned.

Until then, if you all have any further questions in regards to what has been shared on this posting itself, please don't hesitate to let me know and I'll get back to you as soon as I'm able to do so after the inquiries have been carefully reviewed. Take care until next time around, and I'll see you folks later.

Email Correspondence Reminder Regarding The Upcoming "Labor Day Weekend" (And Other Related Things)

Posted by Merit Celaire on Friday, August 30, 2024 - 11:12 PM

Good evening, all; just snagging another opportunity to make this quick announcement before resting up for the upcoming "weekend routine" (and especially after having just returned from doing work obligations outside of here since earlier this afternoon).

So here's what is going on: this upcoming weekend isn't just a "standard routine weekend" for yours truly. As many of you should be more than aware, it's also the "Labor Day Weekend" as well (with the "Labor Day" holiday itself falling on this coming Monday, September 2nd).

Therefore, first and foremost, any music operations related correspondence received from our online forms between now and the end of 9/2/2024 will be reviewed during the course of the following Tuesday (9/3/2024). This same day will be when the "monthly greetings entry" for the new month of September is planned to be written up as well (after I take care of some very important real life matters outside of these music operations as a whole first); there are still no guarantees on if the "monthly greetings entry" itself will be posted on that following Tuesday, but it is being planned on to let you all know what's happening on the backend as I continue to sort out my planbook regarding what's next as we begin the "final four months" period of 2024.

Until then, I've got to end this here so I can get some sleep for the upcoming holiday weekend itself. Take care until I see you all again next week; I'm gone for now.

New "Instrument Set Clarifications" Article Added: "Space Ace"

Posted by Merit Celaire on Friday, August 30, 2024 - 11:07 AM

Good morning, friends; just in time before this month of August comes to a close and after almost a little over six years this specified section got a content update for it, yours truly has found the chance during the course of this week to write a new article focused on a recently added Super Nintendo music instrument set that was involved in my doing certain arrangement covers late last year focused on songs from the Nintendo 3DS game, Mario Tennis Open.

That featured Super Nintendo music instrument set in question is related to the game Space Ace (done by Absolute Entertainment / Empire Software / O.D.E. in the early 1990s); for those not in the know, this was one of the "home console versions" based on a very popular arcade game from the 1980s with animations from and directed by a very talented Don Bluth and his respective group (who were also known for their "Dragon's Lair" arcade games before then as well). But I'll spare the details in this announcement and ask you faithful friends/followers/listeners of these entire music operations as a whole to read the newest article addition here.

Also, there might be another "instrument set clarifications" article in the works during the course of next month as well; however, details about it are still under lock and key. The only hint is that it's based on a cartoon series that I'm still a big fan of to this day. Watch out for it when the time comes; see you folks later.

Quick Reminders Involving Upcoming Music Arrangement Stuff (Still Working On Them!)

Posted by Merit Celaire on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 - 04:52 PM

Still not dead on the backend, awesome people - there's been a lot of real life situations outside these endeavors that have been still testing my resolve especially as we close in on the middle of this month. It has been trying to slow down my efforts on my Super Nintendo music styled arrangement efforts targeting new candidates, but my determination is still there to get it done as the weeks progress, especially as we close in on the "final four months" period will be at our doorsteps in about 2 - 3 weeks, no less.

Here's what's been up as of late: if you haven't checked out the "Music Arrangements Progress Page" yet, you're missing out. Because as you already know, these past few months have had me almost occupied like heck finding a bunch of song candidates from the Nintendo Switch version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door to do Super Nintendo music styled covers for. As I have elaborated on previous posts, details are still under lock and key in terms of what I have targeted so far; however, I can assure you that when the time comes for yours truly to finally get our first batch of music arrangemenet stuff finalized and posted to start the respective game page for this site, you'll not be disappointed.

In the meantine, and as a quick reminder - as you already know, during the course of this year regarding recent Super Nintendo music styled arrangement postings from yours truly, there has been a huge dominance involving covers from songs heard in Princess Peach: Showtime! that was released for the Nintendo Switch console earlier this year (you can find our first batch of stuff on this page). And if things to go plan in these next few months, it looks like our first batch of upcoming song covers targeting songs from the Nintendo Switch version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door will be the next featured installment to be "in dominance" for this 2024 year - and I believe we all already know the reasons why on that angle. Until then, don't forget that for both the Princess Peach: Showtime! game as well as the Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door game (Nintendo Switch version), I still am waiting to hear from many of you faithful friends/followers of these beloved music operations as a whole via this online form what songs in question from these two aforementioned games you hope will hit my planbook for consideration in the months to come for the remaining months of this year. I'm still reviewing stuff on my end in terms of what stuff I should see about focusing on next after I finish this upcoming batch involving Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door stuff, but your assistance via the "Song Candidate Suggestions" online form itself will still be a great help to let me know what songs you want heard from these two games and others in the Super Nintendo music styled arrangement process.

Once again, I do thank you all in advance for your patience as I battle through all these super annoying "adversarial forces" inside of these music operations as a whole and out; if you have any further questions regarding what's been shared in this blog entry post today, please don't hesitate to let me know so I can get back to you in a timely manner upon review. Take care until next time around; see you awesome people later.
