Newest "Mario Kart Tour" Song Cover Up: "Singapore Speedway"
Posted by Merit Celaire on Friday, January 14, 2022 - 07:48 AM
Snagging the chance to get this first Super Nintendo music style arrangement cover of 2022 posted for sharing with you all before I have to switch gears and prepare for work obligations today (along with my being hit with more RL situations regarding my family network itself outside of here, but I'll spare the details).
But yeah, days after the "official announcement" about an all new course (and an all new "location" tour) dropped (via Nintendo's "Mario Kart Tour" Twitter profile page), I'm more than happy to share with you the newest Super Nintendo music styled cover I did targeting the song for "Singapore Speedway"! And not to be conceited, like the original song itself from the game, this is apparently one of the best ones that I've made to day (using the instrument set from the SNES game Spider-Man and the X-Men: Arcade's Revenge - yep, it definitely made sense for this song too; Geoff Follin/Tim Follin literally made an awesome instrument set for me to do this cover in question that I'm posting for you all today).
Check out the newest song cover by hitting the link below and as always, if you have any difficulties in loading the file itself, please let me know via email contact form. Later, everyone!

"2021 Year In Review" Article Now Up
Posted by Merit Celaire on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 - 05:41 PM
Apologies for the long wait on this everyone, but as promised and planned, the annual "Year In Review" article looking back on the activity that was made for these music operations during the course of 2021 is now up and can be checked out here.
As like previous articles, this mainly lists which Mario videogame installments (main, spinoff, and branched) were involved in the song covers that yours truly has done in the past year along with what Super Nintendo music instrument sets were called upon to do the process as well for each song cover.
Once again, you'll be able to get the full details on the aforementioned stuff by going to this article itself. Take care until next time, all; I'll see you folks later.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Form Submission Processing Update (Regarding Our Online Form Pages)
Posted by Merit Celaire on Monday, January 10, 2022 - 04:01 PM
This announcement in question is regarding all of the active online correspondence forms currently in use on this website (including, but not limited to, the main email correspondence form, the temporary invite link request form to join our related community server on Discord, the music file plagiarism report form, and our two suggestion forms).
As you all should be already aware, the backend operations of all the above mentioned forms have been handled by Formspree (the provider who relays any submissions from you faithful friends/followers of these entire music operations to my respective email correspondence itself for my review).
Here's the situation: I was checking my respective account with them and apparently on the backend, since I'm operating under a "free account" there, they've placed a cap on how many submissions I'm able to receive from you all each month. More specificially, unless I do a "paid upgrade" on my respective Formspree account related to these music operations, I'm only able to accept no more than 50 submissions for the active month (regardless of any above form that may be used in an attempt to get in contact with me on this site).
At this time, you all should be fine with getting your inquiries to me without any problems; we're not in a "code red" situation yet. But it has to be said that at last check, the remaining open slots for form submission from you all stands at 45; until I see about finding a legitimate breakthrough to do a "paid upgrade attempt" down the road (which I hope won't be a very long wait), I'd definitely advise you all to only use the said above forms if the situation is really necessary. Of course, I'll also let you know if it has come to the situation that the available "form submission space" has become full for the current month (until the counter resets at the start of next month).
I'll keep you all posted on any further developments on this case in question as they occur during the coming weeks/ahead. Thanks in advance for your understanding on this, and apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused. See you all later.

Slight Delays Due To Important "Family Matters" (And Other Quick Tidbits)
Posted by Merit Celaire on Saturday, January 8, 2022 - 09:39 PM
Hi there, friends; hope your first full weekend of this brand new 2022 year (after the first full work week, of course) has been going all right. As for yours truly, it's been okay; however, I have to give you all a heads up that the "Year In Review" article that I hoped to work on before this weekend itself (covering activity/accomplishments made in the 2021 year) has been postponed until when I can snag the chance to do it during the course of this coming work week. The culprit was in regards to very important "family situations" on the medical front that I had to see about dealing with and that threw a wrench in my original planbook. So here's hoping I can see about catching up on this when the new work week itself arrives.
Second, I'm still "at rest" from the recent Super Nintendo music style arrangements that were posted before 2021 was in the history books; however, rumor has it that we might have our very first arrangement being worked on and shared before we get this month concluded. Details are still under lock and key, but rest assured that I will keep you posted as more progress gets made on it.
For both angles mentioned above, I definitely appreciate your patience in advance during this time as I slowly see about getting back in the music arrangement groove for 2022. Also, don't forget that I've still been doing some site maintenance in the background as well; I should be finished with this during the course of the upcoming week as well.
Until next time, friends, continue to stay well and once again, here's to a great 2022 for these music operations as a whole especially in the case of new Super Nintendo music styled covers to come. I'm gone for now.
