What's On The Planbook Between Now and the Rest of April 2025

Posted by Merit Celaire on Thursday, April 24, 2025 - 05:52 PM

Good evening, friends; once again, my apologies if it seems that I'm very "dormant" on the music operations frontend - blame it on so many real life situations outside of here that have literally been getting in my way as of late including dealing with work obligation stuff that started earlier this morning; not to mention that there's more of that which I have to take of during the course of tomorrow and Saturday as well. But thankfully, I've snagged the chance to write this post letting you know about our "game plan" for the remainder of this months, along with one important reminder that you faithful friends/followers/listeners of these music operations as a whole definitely need to take notice on.

(1) Upcoming "Music Arrangements Outlook" Article Still In The Plans (Mario Kart World Direct - 4/17/2025)
That's right, awesome people, I still haven't forgotten about trying to snag the chance to get this upcoming "Music Arrangements Outlook" article written up after viewing the "Mario Kart World Direct" presentation that was posted a few weeks back. The hope is that during the course of next week itself, I can finally get this out of the way so I can review my planbook after that to see what needs to be focused on next.

(2) One Week Left To Submit Your "Anniversary Statement Document (2025) Suggestions!
Which brings me to this very important reminder for all of you that only one week remains until this online suggestion form closes that's to help aid in my writing plans for the upcoming music operation's formal "Anniversary Statement Document" for 2025. Although I do have some idea in regards to what I plan to address in the upcoming document itself, remember that it's your input from the said form that will also aid in my planning process as I prepare to get that document written out (with hopes that it will be taken care of before the "summer months period" arrives for this 2025 year). But as mentioned in a previous post, please don't wait until the last minute; the online form is still planned to close by month's end with no extensions for it being considered. For those who have sent in submissions my direction from said form, many thanks and I'll be reviewing each one of them accordingly.

For now, that's all I'm able to share on this blog entry posting for now; as always, if you have any further questions after reading what's been shared here, please don't hesitate to send a general inquiry my direction so that I can get back to you in a timely manner upon review. Take care for now, everyone, and I'll see you all again next time around. I'm gone.

REMINDER: "Mario Kart World Direct" Presentation Incoming Later Today (4/17/2025)

Posted by Merit Celaire on Thursday, April 17, 2025 - 06:29 AM

Good morning, friends; yours truly has been very busy with other obligations out of here as of late (as well as trying to find space to take care of music operations related matters on the backend including preparing to do upcoming Super Nintendo music style arrangement cover stuff), so thanks in advance for your patience and understanding as already regarding this angle of the overall matter.

However, and to the point of this posting itself, just giving a quick reminder to everyone reading this that later on this morning, the newest "Nintendo Direct" presentation is scheduled to be posted that will announce more details about the newest and very unique "Mario Kart" iteration that's going to be a launch title for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 console (slated for a 6/5/2025 release): Mario Kart World. The upcoming presentation itself can be checked out at this link when the time comes (scheduled for 9:00 A.M. (EST) / 6:00 A.M. (PST)).

Finally, as I previously stated on this entry earlier this month, I'll be checking on this said video in question when I return from work obligations and other errands outside of here later on today so I can review respective materials accordingly and write up an upcoming "Music Arrangements Outlook Article" (with hopes to have it posted before the end of this month). I know the overall musical score for this said upcoming game itself is without a doubt on our radar come the 6/5/2025 release date, and I'm looking forward to the challenges this brings. But this upcoming presentation will hopefully give me more confidence to declare an "outlook verdict" for the upcoming article in question that will be posted on this site in due time. Stay tuned.

"Mario Kart World" Installment Announced for the "Nintendo Switch 2"; Slated for 6/5/2025 Release

Posted by Merit Celaire on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 - 08:53 PM

Heads-up, awesome people - I just got back to check out the recent "Nintendo Direct" presentation giving more details about the incoming "Nintendo Switch 2" console (which is slated for a 6/5/2025 release onto store shelves worldwide); we've received breaking news regarding two angles - first, the upcoming Mario Kart installment for that system that was briefly shown in the "teaser video" for the NS2 console now has a name: Mario Kart World. Second, it has been announced that along with the planned worldwide release of the NS2 console itself, the Mario Kart World installment is planned to be released on that date as well.

Additionally, it was announced from this said video that an upcoming "Nintendo Direct" presentation giving more details about this said installment in question is planned for later on this month, 4/17/2025. Therefore, on the music operations side of things here, we'll hold off on writing a "Music Arrangement Outlook" article until after that said date. However, this one thing is very certain that the musical score for this said upcoming Mario Kart game installment is definitely on our radar, especially after the 6/5/2025 release date hits. Stay tuned.

April 2025 Greetings: Quick Reminders Starting the 2nd Quarter / Another "Nintendo Direct" Incoming Today

Posted by Merit Celaire on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 - 07:36 AM

Good morning, everyone; once again, apologies for the slight delay in making this "formal monthly greetings" blog entry post because I'm usually not a big fan of posting anything during the course of "April Fools Day". But yes, it's now official that we are now in our "second quarter" of this 2025 and for those of us who are in the videogame hobbyist community as a whole, today is going to go down as one of the most important days in history. But I'll explain more about that later.

First, just a quick reminder that as we initially announced in this specified post last month, you all have until the end of this month to relay my direction via this online form suggestions in regards to what you hope I'll address in the upcoming "anniversary statement document" for the 2025 year. But once again, please don't wait - we must receive your submissions by the end of 4/30/2025. Thanks in advance for your understanding on this matter, and another thanks who have sent me suggestions to me already so far.

Second, this is the reason why we stated that today is going to do down as one of the most important days in videogame hobbyist community history: as you all are already aware, a few months ago, the Nintendo company as a whole announced that there was going to be a dedicated "Nintendo Direct" presentation posting that will be focused on the incoming "Nintendo Switch 2" console and the first details on what it has to offer along with featured games that are currently in development for it. The presentation itself can be viewed at this page; however, I'll be checking this out during the course of later on today or during the course of tomorrow to check on any Mario installment happenings announced with it (which I hope will also include that Mario Kart installment that we were teased about when the teaser announcement was posted months ago). Here's hoping that we all won't be disappointed because my conscience tells me that we all need to get ready for this "Nintendo Switch" phenomenon itself to begin a new chapter in a few months from now.

Until then, I have to step out for now and end this monthly greetings entry starting out this new month of April; as always, if you have any further questions on what has been mentioned above in this posting, please don't hesitate to let me know. See you awesome people later.
