"Super Mario Party Jamboree": New Postings Focused on the Girls (Mostly)

Posted by Merit Celaire on Friday, March 7, 2025 - 07:43 AM

This update itself was added for these music operations as a whole during the course of yesterday, but we've only snagged the chance to see about making the announcement about it today. So here's what's up: this latest batch of Super Nintendo music styled arrangements targeting songs from Super Mario Party Jamboree was originally planned to be posted and shared during the Valentine's Day holiday happenings last month, but better late than never, right?

So, as many of you might already know, I'm also an enthusiast of many of the Mario female characters in general and am always for the opportunities presented to us regarding representing them well in the spinoff game installments especially (which also includes Super Mario Party Jamboree). Well, "the call" to represent them on the music arrangement front came again upon receiving word that three Mario girls were host to "Jamboree Buddy" minigames; more specifically, Princess PeachPrincess Daisy, and Rosalina were able to get said honors, as shown in these title image snapshots below:

As for the featured Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers themselves on this post, although it still pales in comparison to the original songs that they were based from, instrument set wise, both Tiny Toon Adventures games that were developed and published by Konami were called on (Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! for the "Peach's Day Off" and "Rosalina's Radical Race" songs, Tiny Toon Adventures: Wacky Sports Challenge for the "Daisy's Field Day" song and the "Minigame Finished" jingle).

Regardless, these said recent music arrangement file postings themselves can be checked out at the following links below:

And that's all for the time being regarding these latest additions; however, stay tuned during the couse of next week - I'm hoping that we can get our next set of Super Nintendo music styled covers posted for these operations in honor of "MAR10 Day" and here's a hint: it's once again involving certain songs from Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Until then, as always, if you have any further questions after checking the above additions out, please don't hesitate to let me know via this main email contact form. Take care for now, everyone.

March 2025 Greetings: What's Being Planned For This Third Month of the Year

Posted by Merit Celaire on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 - 10:04 PM

Good evening, friends; many apologies for the delay in my getting this formal "monthly greetings entry" in to officially start this third month of 2025 (and to also prepare for concluding the "first quarter" of said year!). There have been so many real life situations outside of here that have literally been getting in my way as of late; however, make no mistake - I'm still fighting through every obstacle thrown at me and my passion for doing new Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers to share with all of you faithful friends/followers is still very high. However, I must state that I might have another "work obligation" added to the mix starting the course of next week depending on overall schedule planning/availability for it, but hopefully I'll be able to work around that as well so we can see about what to attack for this month according to what I've got in my music operation's planbook. And speaking of which, here's what we're hoping to take care of during the cours of the remainder of this month itself:

(1) Upcoming Super Nintendo Music Styled Arrangement Covers Focused on "Super Mario Party Jamboree" Songs
As I'm writing this, I'm currently in the final phases for finalizing the newest batch of Super Nintendo music style arrangements that have been targeting songs from the Super Mario Party Jamboree game for the Nintendo Switch console. I am hoping that before the newest weekend comes around, we can see about getting that stuff in question posted between during the course of tomorrow or Friday. Will keep you all posted, so please make sure to watch this front page for any new developments here.

(2) Interactive Community Portal Efforts For This Month
Keeping it short and sweet here, but I'm still trying to find the chance to make more progress on getting two community portals in position for being in action again. First and foremost is rechecking on stuff on the backend regarding our music operation's "Discord Portal" server so that when under our discretion that things are in good order, we'll get the respective registration form back in action to accept new server invite join requests for it. And last, but not least is the "Forum Portal" - I'm still determined to get this done too on the setup end; I've got the forum software installed and set up since God knows how long... it's all a matter of finding time to do additional work on the operation backend for it. Long story short, we're slowly making progress to getting these two "interactive community portals" back to normal for these operations; more details to come as we forge ahead after this posting itself.

(3) "Anniversary Statement" Suggestion Form for 2025 Incoming
And last, but not least, as you already have been aware after seeing this posting, our music operations are now officially in its 15th anniversary. And you also know what that means... it's also time for us to see about preparing our upcoming "anniversary statement for 2025" as well. Our hope is that during the course of this month, the respective online suggestion form related to upcoming "anniversary statement documents" for these operations will be back on the site for a limited time allowing you to let me know what you hope will be addressed on said document for this year regarding the state of these music operations itself as a whole. A separate announcement will be posted when said for itself gets in action again, so be on the lookout for that as well.

Until then, I definitely have to end this here because I'm just writing all of this after coming back home from yet another busy day of errands outside of these music operations as a whole; here's hoping that we'll get a lot of progress made during the course of this third month of 2025. As always, if you have any further questions after reading this posting itself, please don't hesitate to let me know so I can get back to you in a timely manner upon review. Thanks in advance, all, and I'll see you all next time around. I'm out.

Newest "Mario Kart Tour" Song Cover: Trailer/Opening "Theme Song"

Posted by Merit Celaire on Thursday, February 27, 2025 - 09:16 PM

Okay, awesome people, it's now time to get things rolling in regards to posting our newest Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers for the 2025 year here at these operations. Tonight, it's targeting another song related to the Mario Kart Tour mobile app installment; more specifically, it's that "theme song" that we've heard from certain trailers promoting this said installment in question via this "Nintendo Mobile" YouTube channel (and more specifically, this related playlist).

As for the song cover itself in regards to doing the Super Nintendo music styled approach here - as you all already know according to this respective game page, the majority of songs covers that yours truly have done for these operations thus far have called on the instrument set of Spider-Man and the X-Men: Arcade's Revenge created and composed by Geoff Follin/Tim Follin. Well, it should come as no surprise that in an effort to try and match the style/vibe of the original song itself, this aforementioned set was called on once again, but with a few "differences" in regards to this song cover itself. You'll see what I mean when you check it out via the file link below:

That's it for tonight because I have to rest up for an important work day tomorrow outside of these music operations. But when I do return, there is going to be one more set of new arrangement covers that are planned to be shared with you all and here's a hint: it once again involves the musical score of Super Mario Party Jamboree. Stay tuned.

(QUICK UPDATE - 2/28/2025 (11:38 P.M., C.S.T.): Apologies for this, friends, but due to my being super exhausted after coming back home earlier tonight from work obligations outside of here, the upcoming batch of new Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers focused on more songs from Super Mario Party Jamboree will actually be posted during the course of next week which is also when we'll be starting the new month of March. Your understanding of this is greatly appreciated in advance; take care until then, and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to let me know. See you folks later.)

Happy 15th Anniversary To This Beloved Music Operations Endeavor!

Posted by Merit Celaire on Monday, February 17, 2025 - 12:09 PM

My gosh, everyone - can you all believe that fifteen years ago today, thanks to certain leads from videogame music community "insiders" in regards to getting respective instrument sets from Super Nintendo games (as well as being introduced to ModPlug Tracker for the music arrangement process itself), yours truly who is still a dedicated Super Mario videogame series enthusiast to this day set out on a mission to passionately do Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers of songs from the "modern" installments for this franchise (from the Wii and Nintendo 3DS consoles all the way up to the recent games done for Nintendo Switch and mobile devices). And the best part is that despite some turbulent situations that we're still slowly sorting out as I write this, my passionate endeavor here isn't going to stop any time soon.

Once again, I wholeheartedly thank all of you faithful friends and followers of these beloved music operations as a whole for still being patient and sticking with me as we're still trying to get back in the music arrangement groove full force for the 2025 year itself; at this time, as I explained in previous posts, I'm still working on upcoming covers targeting songs from Super Mario Party Jamboree, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and a few others to hopefully share with you all before the end of this year. Stay tuned for more developments on this in the coming final weeks of this month itself.

Finally, as always, as I said in previous years, I still do not take this musical talent that has been given to me by the Lord himself for granted. I am still grateful in my conscience to have answered the call fifteen years ago to do this music operation endeavor itself and find other videogame music community enthusiasts who are also dedicated fans of Nintendo's Super Mario videogame series as a whole (as well as dedicated fans of the famed Super Nintendo music style process itself to do covers of our favorite songs in question from the Super Mario videogames in question - main, spinoff, and branched). Now the biggest challenge is finding more people who are definitely into what we're doing here as we officially begin this "15th anniversary", but that's another post to write for another time. I'm still optimistic that those fans/supporters are out there, for sure.

Until then, I have to finish this here for our "anniversary shoutout" as well as our reaching this "anniversary milestone"; now here's hoping we can make it the next "anniversary milestone" in about five years. Take care for now, awesome people, and we'll be in touch again soon as these final two weeks of this month forge ahead slowly but surely. See you all later.
