ATTENTION: "DISCORD PORTAL" SERVER INVITE LINK REQUEST FORM TEMPORARILY CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Although I have managed to reclaim my respective Discord account itself as of 4/9/2024, we're still doing some backend "recovery efforts" before we start accepting Discord server invite link requests again. More details here; your patience and understanding in advance is greatly appreciated.

January 2025 Greetings: Making Preparations for the Challenges Ahead

Posted by Merit Celaire on Friday, January 3, 2025 - 04:17 PM

Good afternoon, friends; yours truly has finally snagged the chance at this time to write and post this formal "monthly greetings entry" for these music operations as a whole to officially start off this month and the 2025 year itself. I am still looking forward to what challenges this year will bring for these endeavors; however, although I'm still trying to get myself resituated at this time after we've finished the "New Year's holiday period", there are a few things from the backend that I need to let you know about so it doesn't look like I'm still "dormant" from the backend (and believe me, it's definitely for real). And the situations so far are these:

(1) Getting Funding Together To Pay The "Site Hosting Bill" Before The End Of This Month
As what was discussed in the "anniversary statement document" last year, because of certain situations prior to our having being forced to go this route, the respective hosting account with AwardSpace is in the "paid hosting" status; we've just gotten a reminder notice from them the other day that we need to prepare to make a renewal payment with them before the end of this month. At this time, this is a high priority situation to ensure that we've got the funding together to get this taken care of as soon as possible so we can get through another hosting year with AwardSpace services without any further problems. I'll keep you all posted on any further developments as well as when this has been accounted for.

(2) Site Materials Backup Procedures Scheduled for Later This Month
Along with having to ensure that our hosting account gets successfully renewed for another year with AwardSpace, we have to also ensure that we've got our entire site materials themselves backed up as well in case of "unfortunate situations" down the road, heaven forbid. It's my hope that we can also get this taken care of before the end of this month before having to prepare to switch gears for our "anniversary month" in February.

(3) Planning Procedures for Upcoming Music Arrangement Content in February
Which brings me to discussing about this briefly because after the above two angles have been said and done, I need to recheck our "Music Arrangements Progress Page" to see what are our next steps to bring our backlog number down even further. Hopefully I'll have a much clearer mind by then so I can plan accordingly for when we arrive at the "anniversary month" itself next month; more details to come at another time.

(4) Reviewing Our "Interactive Community Portals" (Including the "Forum Portal" As Well)
That's right, I still have not forgotten about our music operation's "interactive community portals"; it's just that so many "real life situations" from last year have literally had me put my management of our existing ones on the backburner including trying to figure out how to get certain ones back in action again to get new "followers"/"members" on board who are interested in what these operations have to offer and share (of course, and who especially match the criteria that we ask about on this "About Us" page). Hopefully as the weeks progress, I can do separate announcement postings regarding when will certain "community portals" get back in action again to accept new signups including our main "forum portal" and our "Discord Portal" (which as you also remember, my "account crisis" with Discord itself was the ultimate culprit in regards to why my music operations management efforts have been severely hampered for quite a while; I even mentioned it briefly in our anniversary statement document last year). So stay tuned regarding any further developments on this matter as well.

That's all I have to share for now in this formal "monthly greetings statement" for this first month of 2025; let me just say how grateful I am for you all to still be sticking with yours truly as we get through another new year together for these music operations as a whole. I don't take these God given musical talents for granted and I'm hoping that more Super Nintendo music styled arrangement opportunities involving Nintendo's famed Super Mario videogame series as a whole definitely get found for this 2025 year itself as well. Also, don't forget to let me know via these two online suggestion forms what songs in question you hope I'll consider for my planbook in the months to come (as well as what existing featured Mario installments for our operations along with featured Super Nintendo music instrument sets are you definitely familiar with). And finally, if you have any further questions for yours truly after reading this posting itself, please don't hesitate to let me know via this main email contact form as well and I'll get back to you in a timely manner upon careful review. Take care for now, everyone, and have a fantastic first weekend of 2025; stay warm as well. I'm out.

Shoutout to the Start of 2025 / Quick Correspondence Reminders

Posted by Merit Celaire on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 - 12:07 PM

And here we are, awesome friends and faithful followers of these music operations as a whole; we are now officially starting the 2025 year itself! Giving shoutout to all of you on this day before having to step out for a bit, but making sure to let you know about two music operations related matters regarding correspondence processing.

First and foremost, just like the Christmas holiday period last Wednesday, any correspondence received for my review today will be looked into during the course of tomorrow (1/2/2025). This includes all correspondence submitted from our online forms on this site including, but not limited to, the main email contact form and our two suggestion forms. We appreciate your understanding in advance on this matter since I'm still trying to get myself situated for this new year itself.

Second, the formal "monthly greetings entry" is still coming and is planned to be written and posted during the course of either tomorrow or Friday. This will also give more details in terms of what's being planned for this new month itself to start of the 2025 year (along with dealing with some important "maintenance" stuff to especially prepare for the "anniversary month" for our operations that will be here sooner than we all think).

Until then, I have to end this here and head out for now. Once again, all of you have an awesome New Year's holiday itself, and I'll see you folks next time around afterwards. I'm out.

"Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (Nintendo Switch)" - Newest "Staff Credits" Arrangement Added

Posted by Merit Celaire on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 - 10:47 PM

And now to our final Super Nintendo music styled arrangement posting of the 2024 year; yours truly has been waiting like heck to get this taken care of to share with you awesome people - it's targeting the more than insanely addictive "staff credits" song that's heard in the Nintendo Switch version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door!

Believe me when I say that when I was doing the "music tracker" process of this said song cover on the backend (using the Disney's Aladdin music instrument set (developed and published by Capcom)), I had to endure nearly 2 - 3 weeks of literal heck just to get this done and trying to sound like the original song itself (of course, with a few "differences" in this song cover itself since as stated earlier, the Disney's Aladdin music instrument set to best represent the original song's "styling").

You all will see what I mean when you check said song cover up at the said file link below:

New File No.
Song Title
SNES Music Arrangement Style/Featured Instrument Set
1
Staff Credits
Disney's Aladdin (SNES Version - Capcom)

As mentioned earlier, this is the latest "staff credits" song cover done by yours truly to give shoutout to one of the best songs ever composed for the Nintendo Switch version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and to help put the 2024 year itself for these music operations as a whole in the history books. However, there are still more covers to come in the following year targeting stuff from this said installment in the months to come, so definitely look forward to it. Until then, thanks once again for your patience as I was waiting for the day to get this out to shared with you (as well as the postings before this one), and here's to more Super Nintendo music styled arrangement cover ventures in the 2025 year. I'm gone for now.

New Game Page In Action: "Super Mario Party Jamboree"

Posted by Merit Celaire on Tuesday, December 31, 2024 - 09:03 AM

This next batch of newest Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers also results in our newest featured game page added for our music operations as a whole to close out the 2024 year: Super Mario Party Jamboree.

For the time being to start off this new page in question, there are four new Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers targeting the musical score of this game; two involve the "Roll 'Em Raceway" board theme, and two involve the "Rainbow Galleria" board theme. Check them out via the links below:

New File No.
Song Title
SNES Music Arrangement Style/Featured Instrument Set
1
Roll 'Em Raceway (Main Theme)
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Fighting Edition
2
Roll 'Em Raceway (Idle Theme)
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Fighting Edition
3
Rainbow Galleria (Main Theme)
Tiny Toon Adventures: Wacky Sports Challenge
4
Rainbow Galleria ("Flash Sale")
Tiny Toon Adventures: Wacky Sports Challenge

As always, this also results in our two online suggestion forms being updated with this said title accordingly; of course, there will be more song covers to come as the weeks and month forge ahead in 2025 involving stuff from Super Mario Party Jamboree, so stay tuned on that angle.

And for the time being, that's all for the newest Super Nintendo music style arrangement covers this morning because I have to prepare to switch gears and step out to deal with errands outside here; however, be on the lookout later tonight, because we still have that newest "staff credits" cover that I've yet to officially add to the site that'll finally close out this 2024 year itself (and no, it's not related to Super Mario Party Jamboree; you'll find out what game in question was targeted in due time). Take care for now, awesome people; I'm out.
