Posted by Merit Celaire on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 - 07:53 PM

Good evening, friends; tonight, an all new form is now in action for this "home base website" of our music operations as a whole. This time around, it's in regards to asking for everyone's suggestions on what you all believe I should see about addressing in the upcoming "music operations anniversary statement" for this year as well as how I should approach writing the document itself.

However, be forewarned: this "Anniversary Statement Document" Suggestion Form has a deadline attached with it. To give me time to prepare for the writing of said "Anniversary Statement Document" itself, I need everyone's responses by no later than March 18, 2022. It is on that same day that the form itself will close come 11:59 P.M. (CST).

Also, keep in mind that any submissions received from this form count toward the deduction of Formspree's "50 submissions per month limit" for our related account with them. In case you haven't read the news about the reasonings behind this, you're able to do so here.

Once again, to proceed with filling out our "Anniversary Statement Documet" Suggestion Form for 2022, please head for this page in question. If you have any further questions about this form itself that need more clarifying, please don't hesitate to contact me. See you all later.

Posted by Merit Celaire on Thursday, February 17, 2022 - 04:59 PM

That's right, everyone; you've read that title right - as of today, we have now reached the 12th anniversary of these beloved music operations as a whole. And as always, yours truly is always humbled to still be at the helm of supporting the modern installments of Nintendo's Super Mario video game series via covering certain songs from related games under this franchise in the Super Nintendo music style arrangement format.

At this time, I've still been very busy with other backend matters; however, I'm hoping that during the course of next week, I will see about getting a temporary online form implemented asking for your suggestions on what I should address in our upcoming formal "anniversary statement" as well as how I should approach writing it.

Thanks again to those of you faithful friends/followers/listeners who have been supportive of these endeavors for the past 12 years and here's looking for to more new Super Nintendo music style arrangement covers of modern Super Mario game songs in the weeks and months to come. See you all later.

Nintendo Phasing Out The "WiiU/3DS eShop Portals" By March 2023

Posted by Merit Celaire on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 - 07:25 PM

Although this isn't music operations news related, this does apply to those of you who have been doing online activity stuff via your respective WiiU and/or Nintendo 3DS console (which our music operations covers in terms of doing Super Nintendo music style arrangements of songs for games targeting these two systems).

It was announced by Nintendo as a whole last night that come during the course of March 2023, the "Nintendo eShop" functionality/navigation for those two systems are being planned to be phased out/discontinued. This is a major clue in concluding that "major online activity" as a whole regarding these two consoles will be phased out as well. So it's highly recommended that if you still are planning to do any purchases within these two aforementioned eShop portals, make sure to take care of it in a timely fashion before the March 2023 deadline.

There are other deadlines that you must know about which are also in relation to other functionalities involving both eShop portals which are being phased out; you're able to read more about that by going to this page on Nintendo of America's support site. Take care for now, everyone.
