"Mario Kart Tour": New Music Arrangement Added - "Vancouver Velocity"Posted by Merit Celaire on Monday, February 17, 2020 - 11:10 AM![]() Fun fact: when this official announcement video dropped during the course of last week (February 12th, to be exact), the related song in question for the course had my attention immediately. And you know what that meant: I just had to get a Super Nintendo music style arrangement of this and share it with you all as soon as possible. And thanks to certain "internal sources", I was able to get it done in a matter of 2 - 3 days, but waited until our "anniversary day" to day to share it with you all. This SNES music style cover of the song in question is using the instrument stylings of Spider-Man and the X-Men: Arcade's Revenge (created by Geoff Follin/Tim Follin for their writing the score of that game). And as for the newest arrangement itself that I've just posted for these operations, you can check it out by going here. As always, if you have any problems with this file itself in question, please don't hesitate to let me know about the situation you're experiencing. Thanks in advance, all; I'm gone for now. QUICK P.S. AS OF 2/17/'20, 11:19 A.M. (CST): We're still on the search to find out who are the respective composer(s) of the Mario Kart Tour score itself so we can update the respective pages on this site accordingly. If you have any possible leads in regards to who they could be, please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks in advance. No Comments | Music File Additions/Updates | Print this Post Happy 10th Anniversary To Us!Posted by Merit Celaire on Monday, February 17, 2020 - 09:36 AM![]() Until then, as always, I also want to thank all of you out there who still have managed to stick with me through thick and thin on this journey. And I especially want to thank the videogame music community "insiders" who've given me leads since way back when that prompted me to begin doing Super Nintendo music style arrangements of modern Super Mario (and branched) video game series scores in the first place. This is my primary way of sharing my love of Nintendo's leading video game series/franchise, especially on the music end, and I'm not even close to giving up on this thing yet. In fact, apparently, we might have our first update of this new anniversary (and for the 2020 year itself) incoming later on today after this blog posting. Stay tuned! No Comments | Social Media Portals | Print this Post Friendly Periodical Reminder of our "Social Media Portals" As We Prepare For Our 10th AnniversaryPosted by Merit Celaire on Thursday, February 13, 2020 - 09:53 AMFirst of all, to those of you legitimate followers who are checking us out on all our existing social media portals promoting these music operations as a whole (which include Twitter, IRC, Soundcloud, and even Discord), let me just take this time to thank you for your continued support for these endeavors that I have been maintaining for these past nine to ten years. Sure, there have been some "hurdles" on occasion, but I'm still not giving up in regards to uniting those of us who are dedicated fans of Nintendo's Super Mario (and branched) videogame series along with those who are curious about how the songs for modern installments like Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart Tour, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker and many others would sound in the Super Nintendo music style arrangement aspect of things. And I intend to keep doing these unique music arrangmement covers as we officially enter into our 10th anniversary for these operations in just a few days from now.
