"Gallery List" Page Updating To Start This Coming Weekend

Posted by Merit Celaire on Thursday, June 27, 2019 - 11:03 PM

All right, faithful friends/listeners of these beloved music operations, listen up: all things are now set for me to see about beginning our "page update procedure" for all the featured games/existing pages that we have under our "Gallery List" section. And as the date/time of this blog entry posting here on the site, my planbook is to begin this procedure itself during the course of this coming weekend.

To recap: the page update procedure itself is to update the links for the music arrangement files that we have posted for these operations so far; additionally, I'm also trying to see about getting new "tables" put in on our existing pages to give them a fresh look (like what you see on our "Music Arrangement Progress Page").

As mentioned in previous blog entries, I will keep you posted at certain periods in regards to which pages have successfully gotten their proper changes (once again, this is after the file links themselves have been updated and the table layout for those pages have been implemented onto them). In the meantime, you all still have time to vote on this related poll regarding which installments should get "high priority" during the file/page link updating process itself.

Your patience is greatly appreciated as I snag the chance to get this matter resolved during the next few weeks. Take care, all.

Music File External Host Moving Process Update (6/25/'19)

Posted by Merit Celaire on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 - 03:09 PM

Got very good news to share with you all during the course of this afternoon, friends.

We've been able to complete the transfer of this operation's music files to the new external hosting services. The only thing that remains for yours truly to do is begin the process of updating our pages under the "Gallery List" section of this site to the new links, as well as implement a new "table layout" for the said existing pages themselves for that section.

The case is this: I am hoping that we can get this phase started within the next few days (because tomorrow (6/26/'19), as well as Thursday (6/27/'19), I have to deal with some very important matters outside of these operations during that time period). But rest assured, I will keep all of you updated on a periodic basis in regards to what game pages in question have gotten the update (which include the table implementation on them, as well as the links to said files listed under them on our new external hosting account).

In short, please be patient with me for a little while longer; we're getting this done. Thanks in advance for your understanding; I'm out.

Music File External Host Moving Process Update (6/24/'19)

Posted by Merit Celaire on Monday, June 24, 2019 - 08:13 AM

Morning, friends; giving you this quick follow-up to share where things stand regarding our music file moving process to our chosen replacement external file hosting service.

During the course of the past weekend, I was very hard at work making progress in the uploading of our files to the new host itself. At the time of this posting, files targeting the majority of the featured Super Mario (and branched) videogame installments have been accounted for; only three remain to be dealt with regarding our Super Nintendo music style arrangement files for them. I'm hoping to get this out of the way during the next few days.

Then after that, we start to do the "page modifications" in our "Gallery List" section. I hope to get this start as soon as possible after the file move itself is done. In the meantime, if you haven't done so already, you're still able to cast your votes in this poll letting me know which featured Super Mario (and branched) video game installments should get the top priority when I start doing the page modifications themselves in due time.

Thanks once again for our patience and understanding, as well as your votes on the related poll in advance. As always, if you have any further questions regarding this case, please don't hesitate to contact me via email about it. Later, all.

Music File Moving Process Now Underway / Friendly "Poll Reminder"

Posted by Merit Celaire on Thursday, June 20, 2019 - 04:55 PM

As of the date and time of this posting, everyone, I'm here to give to all a follow-up in saying that I'm currently dealing with the moving of our music operation's "music files" from our SaberCat external file hosting account to the new one that we've created a little over a week ago with a different external hosting account (whose name shall remain undisclosed for the time being until the moving process of all of our music files is complete). Please note that the music files that we have under the SaberCat external file hosting service will still remain active until I start to update our "Gallery List" game pages with the new links; after all respective pages have been updated, I will see about contacting the SaberCat hosting administration to cancel our account there.

In the meantime, a friendly reminder to you all that if you haven't voted on this related poll asking which featured Mario (and branched) videogame installments should receive "top priority" for me to update the respective links on during this file hosting move process, please take care of it as soon as you can. So far, we've gotten five votes in; however, I'm sure we can get more in as the days forge ahead. Thanks to those who have cast their votes in proir to this post, by the way.

Side note in relation to this: obviously, this means that my music arrangement procedures are currently put "on hold" until this file hosting move is completed. There is no current ETA in regards to when this process will be done; however, I'll keep you all posted from time to time keeping you all in the know on how this case has been coming along.

Patience is greatly appreciated during this time; thanks in advance for your understanding, friends. I'm out.
