Upcoming Music Arrangements Progress Report as of 6/19/2020

It's been a while since I've written posts like this to share with you faithful friends/followers of these beloved music operations; now due to the "coronavirus pandemic" that we've all been having to deal with as of late, I am very sure that you've all been wondering when yours truly will finally be able to see about getting new Super Nintendo music style arrangements targeting certain Super Mario (and branched) videogame music scores out the door for posting here as the months forge ahead.

Here's the situation: as I stated in a previous blog entry a couple of months ago, on the backend side of things, I'm still thankfully able to do "the process" (via the ModPlug Tracker application that I have installed on my desktop computer). It's just trying to find time in my "modified schedule" (as well as a very clear mind and focus) to clear song targets off my ever increasing backlog and put them "on standby" to get finalized. No joke about it - at the date and time of this posting, our "Music Arrangement Progress Page" status numbers keep increasing spanning a total of eight targeting Mario and branched game installments and a total of 27 files in the queue (13 currently in "the process" and 14 waiting to be finalized for posting to share with you all).

Which brings me to the other angle: I'm usually going to another place in my town to use their computers to do the "finalization procedures". However, due to the pandemic, that place is closed with no news on when they will get back in action again for me to do what I call "phase 2" on all these files when they are "on standby" for the finalization. But as you all know, I refuse to give up this fight; I'm currently investigating other possible solutions that could be put into use so that hopefully as these "summer months" pass, we can clear the backlog of files that are waiting to be added to their respective pages under this section.

And finally, without giving too much away, if you haven't noticed from the "Music Arrangement Progress Page" already, there will be two new game pages coming soon: Paper Mario: Color Splash and Mario Sports Superstars. But not only that, be on the lookout for new featured Super Nintendo music instrument sets that will be involved with certain new covers as well. You'll find out in due time what the new featured "Super Nintendo games" will be in relation to their aforementioned instrument sets that were created for them.

Until then, I thank you all in advance for your patience as we continue to forge on ahead through this very difficult time which has resulted in a "summer months" process that has been anything but "normal". All right, everyone, despite this horrific "coronavirus pandemic" messing every single one of us up (as well as on the music operation's "backend groove" here) as we officially get through this "summer months period", I still wanted to quickly snag this opportunity to remind you faithful friends/followers about our existing "social media portals" that are still patiently waiting for you to be a part of.

Don't forget that if you do plan to see about following yours truly on both the Discord Portal and the Twitter Portal related to these music operations, your join requests are still subject to being screened for approval in order to curb abuse at those two areas. For access to our Discord server, you're able to submit your request after filling out this form, and to join our "follower base" on Twitter, you're able to go to this page and submit a follower request there. Please be aware that Discord server join requests/Twitter follower requests received will be process during the course of Monday - Friday (barring any major holidays within the said week).

For those of you who do have an account on SoundCloud, don't forget that you're able to follow yours truly there by going to this page. Hopefully as the weeks forge ahead and I find a breakthrough to clear this ever increasing music arrangement target backlog that's staring me in the face right now, I can post more "personal favorites" to share with you all.

Finally, although it looks like interest is slowly dying in regards to the IRC interactive process of things, our channel on EsperNet still exists. You're able to check it out by going here.

For all angles listed above, the bottom line is that we're still in need to build up our "follower bases" regardless of any platform that you're using to get in touch with me (and others) regarding these beloved music operations. And to those who are already following us in general - if you know of any other legitimate Super Mario video game series fans who are also curious about listening to modern tunes done in the Super Nintendo music arrangement style, please make sure to bring them here. I'm still hoping to finally get this site's "Forum Portal" taken care of so we can get that back in action as well before the summer months are up. Stay tuned.

June 2020 Greetings: The "Summer Months Period" Begins, But Not What We Were Hoping For

All right, friends; it's time for all of us to brace ourselves and officially begin our "summer months period" for these beloved music operations!

Although I'm excited and grateful that we've reached this special period of the 2020 year, I'd be lying if I said that I'm back to "full normalcy" yet; far from it. Which also explains this blog entry's title because unlike the past few years, this "coronavirus pandemic" having an entire grip all over the world has still been forcing all of us to change our respective schedules/routines.

On the music operation side, especially on the backend - I've still been juggling my schedules in trying to find time to make progress on my music style arrangement targets - the only challenge has been trying to find the needed breakthroughs for finalizing my stuff to share with you in the weeks and months to come. Case in point, as you can tell from our Music Arrangement Progress Page, my backlog has been steadliy increasing; and recently, it has been involving more songs for our upcoming page for Mario Sports Superstars. Additionally, I've been work on more music arrangement stuff targeting the Mario Tennis Open score. Add in the fact of many other songs just waiting to be worked on, finalized and out the door as I am battling this horrifying pandemic like the rest of you, and this has already started to become one very unusual start to the "summer months period".

But I'm still optimistic that we'll get through this hurdle. Once again, if you haven't already, please make sure to read this article that I wrote almost one to two months ago regarding the state of these music operations as a whole ever since this "coronavirus pandemic" got officially declared since mid-March. As always, I'll keep you faithful followers/listeners posted on any new breakthroughs as they happen. Until then, all of you stay strong and let's get through these "summer months" together.
