Website URL Domain Account Officially Hosted With Sav

Literally playing blog entry post catch up over here, but this still needs a quick mention to everyone here since it is music operations related. So, during the course of late last month, I got word from my internal sources to check with my contacts that assisted me with ensuring our domain for this website would still be in action even after the Vimly Digital hosting services closed down way back in July of last year.

Thank heavens that I listened and followed my conscience because when I did so, I found out that the domain ownership itself was about to expire on the same day as our "anniversary day" itself for these music operations as a whole! If I didn't act fast to take care of this critical matter, the said domain name for this site would have literally been lost.

Thankfully, by the grace of God, the odds were in my favor on the finances end to immediately make contact with the former Vimly Digital folks that assisted me in getting this domain continued to point to this site hosted by AwardSpace; however, as of the date and time of this posting (techincally, it's as of 2/17/2023), the domain name service in relation to this site is now with the folks at Sav in which when the transfer of ownership was sent my way, I was able to see about renewing the domain itself for two more years.

So that's one major hurdle down; now the other angle that needs to be addressed over time is getting our hosting account upgraded to a "paid" status because according to the hosting administration with AwardSpace - only when the related account for this site gets to that status will the "restrictions" for it be finally lifted and more abilities will be granted to us for the management of the site itself. But I'll elaborate on this more another time.

Back to the "domain name" focus on this blog entry posting; I once again would like to thank the folks at the former Vimly Digital hosting services for stepping in to assist us with keeping the site domain URL in action even after I was notified about their shutdown plans and had to change site hosting services for a transfer to that new candidate as quickly as possible. We wish the former Vimly Digital folks the best in future endeavors.

March 2023 Greetings: Busy Month for New Music Covers and Anniversary Statement Preparations

Greetings, friends; hope all of you faithful friends/followers of these beloved music operations as a whole are well as we now begin this brand new month of March and forge on ahead to finish out the first quarter of this 2023 year.

So here's what's happening: along with my still progressing slowly to get new Super Nintendo music styled covers to share with you awesome people (that's right, I'm still at it; despite many real life barricades in my way, there's no stopping my doing this for all of you Super Nintendo music style fans!), we've got to see about making preparations for having that formal 13th anniversary statement for these music operations written up. Either during the course of later today or tomorrow, I'll work on getting the respective form to take your suggestions on what you think should be address on the upcoming document (as well as your hopes on how you think I should see about approaching the writing of this "anniversary statement" itself). When that form itself gets online, you'll find it on this aforementioned page; be on the lookout for when the announcement gets made.

As always, I thank all of you for your patience as I still try my best to get back to full force for these music operations as a whole because this passion of mine is still not going away any time soon, even though there might be some "adversarial forces" that think that I should just give up on this thing and throw in the towel. I beg to differ, but let's save that for the upcoming "anniversary statement document" itself when it's time. Until next time around, see you all later.

Latest "Music Arrangements Outlook" Article Now Posted: Nintendo Direct (2/8/'23)

Another huge apology for a super insane delay on getting this dealt with, but at least I was able to snag the chance to get it done before months end! As the title states, the latest "Music Arrangements Outlook" article has now been posted which focused on the Mario game installments that have been featured in the Nintendo Direct presentation that was posted from earlier this month.

New "Music File Statistics" Rankings Document Article for 2/22/2023

It was only a matter of time for me to snag this opportunity to get this off my planbook's backlog at last, everyone - after almost two years of no new dedicated articles related to the "Music File Statistics" section, a new one has now been posted as of tonight. 

As what was hinted in previous blog entries, the article in question looks back on where the related "Music File Statistics" Rankings Document stood as we closed the 2022 year out as well as the impact recent updates from a few weeks back are already making on it.
