April 2019 Greetings: What's Being Planned For This Month

Hey there, friends; happy April to all of you faithful followers of these music operations as we start a brand new month. Keeping this brief because as I write this, I'm dealing with a bunch of other matters outside of these operations which have been slowing down my attempting to make progress in clearing out my music arrangement target backlog. But I can assure you that I'm still trying to snag any opportunities to inch closer to sharing new stuff with all of you during the course of this final month of 2019's "first quarter".

Case in point: as I shared with you a few days ago on this entry, I've been trying my best to slowly clear my music arrangement target backlog so that I can post my next batch of covers focused on the Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker game. Things have been going all right on the "tracker end" of this process and I'm currently thinking of beginning a few more to complete this upcoming batch. As I stated before, as the weeks progress, I'll let you all know how things are coming along so that hopefully I can get this new stuff posted before this month is out. I've been hearing you all loud and clear in saying that Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker should be one of the "higher focus" installments as compared to others that I have listed on this page in which I'm also dealing with music arrangement work on at this time. I'll have more to share at another time; for now, I must be going. Until then, everyone stay positive and let's hope for the best for the final month of this year's first quarter! I'm gone for now.

Your Voting Input Needed on Two Twitter Polls; Please Read

Hey there, friends; just posting this quick blog entry to still let you all know that I'm around - only that "real life matters" have struck again on the backend as I've been still searching for that new "job candidate" to this day. It's been hampering my making progress on new music arrangement targets to share with you for these operations, but bear with me because I'm still determined to get my planbook's backlog of those said targets down to zero (or at least near zero) as the months progress for this year.

In the meantine, although I have actually posted this the other day at our Twiter Portal, your voting input is needed in regards to two polls that have been currently in action since last Sunday afternoon, March 17th. The first one is targeting which of the four listed games there should be focused on priority wise to get off my backlog itself (the poll can be viewed here) while the second involves "corresponding image creation" for future "Behind the Process" entries in the coming months (go here to see that poll).

But heads-up: for both polls mentioned here, at last check from the date/time of this posting, there are only four days left on them before the voting process gets closed; if you haven't placed in your votes for those polls yet, now's the time to do so.

Thanks to those of you who have voted in our recent polls on Twitter so far; it gives me an idea about what I should be focusing on at this time. Take care until next time, all.

Two Quick Reminders: Future "Behind the Process" Entries/New File Hosting Service Suggestions Needed

Hey there, good morning, faithful friends/listeners/followers of our beloved music operations here. As yours truly is still trying his best to get a huge "music arrangement target backlog" slowly cleared out of the planbook, there are two quick things that I need to remind you all about which need your input as soon as possible which will help me plan going forward for the rest of this month (and for the following months afterwards).

(1) Suggestions for Future "Behind the Process" Entries Still Needed From You All!
That's right, everyone; I still haven't forgotten this part of our operations; at this time, I'm still planning on new stuff to cover and share with you all in the coming months. But that doesn't mean that you folks aren't able to play a role with help me out in the "planning process"; on the contrary. Once again, the "suggestions" related to the upcoming entries here need to be music operations related stuff only; as always, you can leave those suggestions to me via sending an email, letting me know your ideas via IRC (when I'm online), Twitter (via reply to respective threads when posted there), and our Discord Portal (in the respective channel there).

(2) File Hosting Candidate Suggestions Needed
Finally snagged the time to see about bringing this topic to the forefront for these music operations overall - as you all know, regarding the music arrangement files themselves here, they are hosted on our external file hosting account with SaberCat Host. But during the course of the previous months, I've been getting a few complaints in regards to the following reasons of "file access hurdles" as well as the "download speeds" when folks actually do the download process itself of the files chosen for download. I hope to get to the bottom of this in due time; until then, I need to know if you all know of any more reliable external file hosting candidates that will address said issues in question. Once again, you all know the drill in getting in touch with me - same as #1 on this blog entry.
