Famed Videogame Music Composer Geoff Follin Passes Away At Age 54Posted by Merit Celaire on Saturday, June 1, 2024 - 01:00 PMGood afternoon, friends; unfortunately, this wasn't the way that I wanted to actually start out this brand new month of June (our actual "formal monthly greetings blog entry" for June will be written up and posted during the course of next week itself. But this definitely needed to be written up for the course of today regarding some very sad news that we've received yesterday that has in no doubt impacted the videogame music fan community at large which includes yours truly as well.  We'd like to take a moment to give our heartfelt condolences to all of the Follin family as well as give very sincere thanks to the late Geoff Follin himself for all the major contributions he has made to the videgoame music community at large including scoring all the Super Nintendo games that he was involved with along with his brother Tim (which included, but was not limited to the two games that we have acknowledged for these music operations as a whole here).
