Forum Portal Announcement: Registration Reminder

We've just posted an important announcement regarding new account registraions at our site's forum portal; I've finally snagged the chance to see about making sure to address this because of some events that we've encountered a few months back regarding a certain person who apparently was trying to "circumvent" the security measures that have been put in place to make sure that only legitimate persons are allowed access.

You can read that said announcement itself by going here; this is also a good time to remind you all that if you haven't done so already prior to creating your account at our forums itself, make sure to read our "Forum Portal Rules/Guidelines (Terms and Conditions)" document first before starting to fill out that registration form.
