"Mario Kart World": New "Staff Credits" Song Cover (Final Addition of 2025)

Posted by Merit Celaire on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 - 01:32 PM

And now at long last, faithful friends/followers/Super Nintendo music style arrangement cover enthusiasts as a whole - we have now posted to our site the final song cover for this 2025 year... the "staff credits" song for Mario Kart World! And not a moment too soon since as of the date and time of this posting, we were definitely trying our best to make sure that we got this latest song cover addition out the door for you all to check out before we officially place 2025 in the history books.

And the process of doing this on the backend felt the same as when we did the "staff credits" song cover for the Nintendo Switch version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (if you haven't checked out that song cover yet, you can get more details about it as well as said file link at this post). But back to the Mario Kart World "staff credits" song cover itself, this felt like a repeat of history in a ways regarding the backend process because if you can recall, when yours truly did the "staff credits" song cover targeting Mario Kart 8 / Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it used the Super Nintendo music instrument set heard for Konami's Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! Well, fast forward to today, and guess what? This song cover in question that's being shared as of today called upon that very same music instrument set in hopes to try and match the energy of the original song heard in said game itself when players have successfully completed the "final course" (and the related "Special Cup" tournament) for Mario Kart World.

Of course, this should go without saying, but obviously it still pales in comparison to hearing the original song itself from the Mario Kart World game in question. But I can assure you on this: during the past 1 - 2 months, I was trying my best as heck to make sure that this newest in question using the Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose! instrument set still does the original "staff credits" song itself for Mario Kart World justice. Because we all know for a fact that the music composers for said installment literally went all out in regards to this song in question (as well as the musical score itself as a whole for Mario Kart World); here's hoping that when you check out the below file link provided to listen to this latest song cover from yours truly, you'll find out why.

Finally, on a side note, also as of the date and time of this posting, I have to step out to deal with some final errands outside of here before the shops close up to get ready for the upcoming New Year's happenings going on in our area later on tonight. However, when I return, I do hope to make our final update of the 2025 year to our "Music Arrangement File Statistics" rankings document (and the respective section that it's housed under); the goal is to definitely get this off my planbook's to-do list tonight before we prepare to proceed further into the 2026 year.

Until then, thanks again to all of you awesome and faithful friends/followers/listeners of these beloved music operations as a whole for supporting us on yet another amazing journey of Super Nintendo music styled arrangement covers for 2025, and here's looking forward to getting more to share in the new year itself. See you all on the other side; I'm gone for now.

EDIT (12/31/2025 - 8:49 P.M., C.S.T.): The "Music File Statistics" Rankings Document has now been updated as of tonight; additionally, noteable rankings changes have been mentioned in the respective changelog section as well. This includes (but is not limited to) the addition of Donkey Kong Bananza to the "Featured Mario Game Installments" category list, Princess Peach: Showtime! now currently in rank #4 under the same category, as well as the recently featured/added SNES music instrument set for The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends now being included in the "Featured Super Nintendo Music Instrument Sets" category. Once again, this should now be up to date finishing off the 2025 year itself reflecting the recent music arrangement file additions made since earlier this week.
