Now that we're back to "normal operations" starting today after all the hurdles that we had to deal with since a few months back, I can start to do some catch up so I can really prepare to get back into the music arrangement processing groove for the 2019 year. And one of the articles that was planned for this "catch up" process is looking back on the featured Super Nintendo music styled arrangements that we have added for the previous year.

To review, the statistics were as follows to conclude the 2018 year:

* 3 game pages were added to our music operations involving these three Mario videogame installments: Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, and Luigi's Mansion
* From those three pages listed above, a total of 28 Super Nintendo music arrangement files were added amongst them.
* There was also 1 Super Nintendo music style arrangement that was added covering another song for an existing game page we have during the middle of last year (which targeted a song from the Game & Wario musical score).

And it should come as no surprise that during the course of last year's music arrangement activity itself, the score of Super Mario Odyssey dominated the scene. Not to mention that we had our first two Super Nintendo music style arrangements covering the vocal songs from that same game, including the "Jump Up, Super Star!" theme song for Super Mario Odyssey! If you haven't had the chance to check my covers of those two songs that I did, make sure to check this article out for the details.

The only question now is where do we go from here for the 2019 year itself (and our upcoming 9th anniversary that's going to hit in just a few weeks from now)? That's something that I'll cover in another blog entry in the next few days, so watch out for it. Until then, I'm gone for now.
